Your dishes sound amazing Courtney. Your menu of th past sure beats the very first dinner party I ever had which consisted of canned potatoes, canned carrots and meat pie:D
Hi Courtney,
Thanks for the recipe link. I'm slowly working in recipes from the Pierre Thiam book so Sunday will be a great opportunity to try something new.
Have a great weekend!

The menu sounds great! My Easter got downscaled and I had decided to make salmon and I love the recipe you have for it in the article.
I love the idea of borrowing from several cultures when making a holiday meal!
I'm just planning on eating a bunch of hard boiled eggs and jelly beans. (I don't have to cook!)
Happy Easter!
Thanks for the Easter suggestions...a kind gesture. Have a terrific Easter weekend!
Glad Påsk Courtney!
OH, Court..that menu sounds amazing! We'll be doing Easter and Passover, so it will be quite a smorgasboard of odd combinations..lol
Happy Easter, Courtney!!!
I'm not sure my comments showed up on the ebony jet site, but wow, wow, wow! I adored the last three, especially (I'm frustrated with buns and rolls these days).
You are so creative and clearly going places - YAY!!!
LOVED the article.
Great collection of easter recipes. Wish I had found your article sooner! Happy (belated) Easter :)
What a feast! I love it all!
